Toggles save automatically and take effect the next time the client loads the portal. The client signs in at this same address with their access code. No special link is needed. Ship = they answer it. Handled = shown as "being handled for you." Hide = they never see it.

Generating a new code instantly disables the old one. The code is shown only once, right here. Copy it and text it to the client. Revoke cuts off the client immediately but keeps everything. Delete permanently removes the matter, the client's answers, their code, and the activity log; there is no undo.
